Proinca. Rental of totally equipped furnished flats in Madrid

Do you have a pile of clothes to iron and don't have time for this task? At Proinca we want to make your life a little easier with our home ironing service for our tenants. You only have to call us, we will come to your flat and do it for you, we even bring the iron!

Only for our clients, we offer the optional service of cleaning your flat. The cleaning is done by Proinca Madrid’s own staff.

Our cleaning service includes any type of normal cleaning in a flat, such as cleaning the kitchen, filling the dishwasher, sweeping and mopping the floors, etc.

You can hire our cleaning service by the hour or by the month. As you prefer, the cost of this service is:

• 12€/hour + VAT
• 145€/month (3hours/week) VAT included

This include the cost of cleaning supplies.

Do you need the flat that you’re going to rent in Madrid to be fully equipped? At Proinca we make it very easy for you. Our flats are furnished and they have appliances, but if you also want the optional house ware service, you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay without having to worry about anything.

Parking your car doesn’t have to drive you crazy. If you are looking for total convenience, you can have a parking place in the same Proinca building where you rent your flat.

The cost of this service is:

• Rental for 1 parking space: 90€/month (Special price for our tenants)

We’ll find the parking space that best suits your vehicle!

If you are one of those who want to enjoy a fast, comfortable and affordable internet connection, at all our buildings (except Agustín Calvo and Conde Peñalver) we offer you the possibility of enjoying WIFi connection in your apartment.

• The cost of this service is: 15€/month + VAT

• The following optional services are not included in the rent/month price:

• House wares for studios and one-bedroom apartments: 60€/month*
• House wares for two and three-bedroom apartments: 80€/month*
• Parking: 90€/month* (Special price for our tenants)
• Parking and storage room: 1600€/month* (Special price for our tenants Only for apartments in Prince Moncloa building)
• WIFI: 15€/month + VAT (At all our buildings except Agustí­n Calvo and Conde Peñalver)
• Ironing service: 12€/hour + VAT
• Cleaning service: 12€/hour + VAT
• Cleaning service: 145€/month (3 hours/week) VAT included

Optional services are billed in advance, along with the rent for each month, and they are paid for during the first seven days of each month.

*Corresponding VAT will be applied to rental prices of housewares, parking and storage room not included in rental contracts.
