We have a wide catalogue of apartments and not all of them have been photographed. The photographs and videos on the website correspond to TYPES OF FLATS with similar features and may not coincide exactly with the flat that you are interested in.

It will be very useful for you, especially if you are interested in more than one flat, since you will need to confirm its availability during the dates that you are interested in.
When do I need it?
All of Proinca’s flats can be rented for flexible periods of time. It’s important to consult the conditions for the specific period when you want to stay there:
RENTAL PRICES FOR PERIODS OF 1 MONTH
TO FEWER THAN 3 MONTHS:

TO FEWER THAN 6 MONTHS:

How do I calculate the price in these cases?
Apply the increase of 10% over the rent/month price published on the sheet for the flat that you are interested in. Multiply the price x 12 and then divide by 365 days. You will get the rent/day price. Now you just have to multiply it x the number of days that you will stay there.
