For the good of all at Proinca we have designed a COVID-19 prevention and security protocol, applying measures for the safety and well-being of residents and employees. For this reason, our staff has been instructed to follow prevention and action standards in the performance of their daily work.
Procedures by mail and telephone:
We recommend our clients to carry out formalities preferably by phone or email and not attend our offices whenever possible.
For face-to-face procedures in our offices, we recommend making an appointment to guarantee the capacity allowed. We also request the use of masks.
Extraordinary hygiene and safety measures:
In our offices we have implemented hygiene and safety measures to minimize the risks of the spread of COVID-19.
Maintain a safety distance of at least 2 meters between all the people who pass through the interior common areas, especially in the hallway and the stairs.
The use of the elevator is one of the most risky situations, so it is advisable to avoid its use as much as possible. It is recommended that its use be individual, in order to avoid contact, prioritizing the use by the elderly and with health or mobility problems.
Deliveries: Try to reduce home orders to the absolute minimum, collecting packages outside the building hallway and always cleaning your hands well after each delivery.
Use outdoor common areas following the hygiene rules and recommended distances, prioritizing access to the personnel in charge of maintenance and cleaning.
