Home > COVID safety protocol

At Proinca we have adapted our COVID prevention and safety protocol to the new normal. From responsibility, and for the good of all, we continue with some measures to ensure the safety and welfare of residents and employees.

Our offices are once again open to customers and residents for face-to-face transactions. The use of masks indoors is no longer necessary, in case you have symptoms we ask you to use them in offices and common indoor areas. If you are positive, even if you do not have symptoms, for the good of all, please make your inquiries by phone or email.

Extraordinary hygiene and safety measures:

In our offices we have implemented hygiene and safety measures to minimize the risks of the spread of COVID-19.

PROINCA BUILDINGS

We continue to take daily cleaning measures to the utmost. Our maintenance team uses gloves, disinfectant gel, bleach and non-abrasive substances in the most sensitive areas: portal access door, elevator keypads, doorbells, intercoms and stair handrails.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TENANTS
